Dig

Translator: Me
Under a barrage of stones
Eaten through worms
Digested by the earth
They are deep within my being
In the maze of my head
Forgotten their master
But I have an unfortunate habit
Preludes to dig up
Releasing gloomy weariness
I found without intending
they make me mope
I inhale and drain
I have to discontinue digging
These memories should remain buried
Only way to no longer be tormented
From near and far
Watching them fills me with sorrow
I avoid them with care
I will drive out the demons
The ghosts of the past I will kill
I bury the dead
For peace will reign within my heart
Nothing can undo my happiness
I lay like the petals of a flower
Love does not leave me
My faith in life will never fade
Earth does not betray me
And when men disappoint me
And when trials will harass
And when the bitterness pile up
I rise up to heaven
I spit all the venom
Who will be mad for a taste of honey
And the stars will take a ruddy colour
I will offer my face to the sun
And so begins my awakening
